Job Summary

Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Windows O365 Active Directory End-User Devices)

Location: Milledgeville GA (Hybrid - Local to Milledgeville area)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting:
- Microsoft Office 365
- VPN
- Adobe products
- McAfee
- LogMeIn
- Encryption tools
Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting computer peripheral devices (printers scanners MDF monitors keyboards mice etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting end-user computing devices (desktops laptops and Microsoft Surface Pro devices)
Hands-on experience working in an Active Directory domain environment
Proficiency with software installation and troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot network issues from the command line

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with IT security best practices
Experience training end users on software and hardware usage

Key Responsibilities

Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems security tools applications servers email systems laptops desktops software and hardware
Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements to enhance operations
Research and evaluate emerging technologies hardware and software to ensure systems remain current
Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Microsoft Windows Microsoft and Adobe applications
Install configure and support workstation software hardware printers and phones
Analyze staff needs identify system vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to boost efficiency and accuracy
Execute system and network design documentation implementation testing and administration
Implement application and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues
Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide technical support as needed
