About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our team in Charleston. This is a full-time direct hire onsite role responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships driving sales of electrical and lighting products and delivering solutions to industrial government institutional and OEM clients. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in electrical/lighting supplies and a strong customer service background.

Key Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with industrial institutional OEM and government clients.
Drive sales of electrical and lighting products and services including end-user projects.
Manage accounts through the full sales cycle: prospecting quoting negotiating and closing.
Develop customer pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
Partner with suppliers on joint calls and coordinate product training for customers.
Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Attend industry trade shows meetings and training sessions to stay current with market trends.

Qualifications

2 5 years of successful sales experience.
Background in electrical/lighting supplies required.
Strong customer service and account management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally.

Compensation
