Position: IT Field Service Technician I
Location: Palm Beach FL 33410
Duration: 3 months (Contract to hire)
US Citizenship or Green Card Required
Description
3 years supporting Desktops Laptops and Printers. 3 years of customer service experience
Strong hardware break-fix experience. LaserJet break fix experience.
Need 1 resource to perform Break & Fix work during 90-day contract-to-hire
Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Technician will travel to each clients location
Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs Desktop Laptop Server and Printer
Works under general supervision
Minimum Requirements:
Reliable transportation & valid drivers license (This is a driving position reimbursed accordingly)
Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic Needs/Haves
Able to work from a bent crouched or kneeled position
Smartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilities (Reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)
Laptop
Basic Hand Tools
NOT REQUIRED:
CompTIA A OEM Printer Warranty Certifications OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
Server experience would be a bonus
