Job Description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Milpitas CA (Santa Clara Area)

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced ASIC Program Manager to join our Datacenter team in Milpitas CA.
  • The team leads in developing high-performance custom silicon products for compute servers storage systems network switches and router applications.
  • The Program Manager will drive end-to-end ASIC project management ensuring seamless execution from pre-sales through tape-out and mass production.
  • Manage ASIC projects from pre-sales through design award tape-out and production.
  • Provide program management support to new and existing ASIC customers.
  • Prepare and manage detailed project schedules lead weekly status meetings and deliver periodic program reviews.
  • Coordinate customer engagements with internal design teams and 3rd-party contractors.
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic business and marketing objectives.
  • Support Sales and Marketing in achieving design win targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships acting as the primary customer interface.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Import/Export ITAR regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of semiconductor ASIC/Foundry industry experience.
  • 5 years of ASIC customer support and issue resolution experience.
  • 5 years of program/project management experience.
  • Hands-on ASIC design and program management background.
  • Experience with post-tape-out customer support from GDSII to mass production.
  • Knowledge of high-speed serial interfaces (Gigabit Ethernet PCIe Gen2/3 memory interfaces ADC/DAC ARM subsystems).
  • Strong understanding of fab processes packaging I/O IP and test methodologies.
  • Excellent communication leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • Familiarity with IP design and development (hard and soft IP).
  • Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) required.
