Looking for an opportunity to do more than just observe At Foth our co-op program gives you real-world experience on real client projects. As an Electrical Engineering Co-op youll apply your classroom knowledge to practical challenges while working alongside experienced engineers. Based in Green Bay WI this role offers hands-on involvement in designing and troubleshooting systems as well as exposure to advanced engineering processes. Spanning Summer and Fall 2026 the position may also include travel to client sitesproviding a unique perspective on how engineering solutions come to life in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Apply electrical engineering fundamentals while performing design tasks under the supervision of a lead engineer
    • Develop detailed electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software packages
    • Program PLCs and HMI hardware
    • Assist with validation of the software and drawing databases

Required Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
    • GPA of 3.0 or greater

Required previous experience with and/or coursework involving the following

    • AutoCAD training and functionality
    • Theory and/or programming of industrial PLCs
