Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a clinical setting. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients diagnosing movement dysfunctions and developing individualized treatment plans to help improve mobility strength flexibility and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and diagnose movement impairments.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans involving exercises manual therapy and therapeutic equipment.
Educate patients and families on proper techniques injury prevention and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress document outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week (typically 1214 patients per day including double-booking follow-up visits).

Requirements

Minimum guarantee of 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
Overtime must be pre-approved by the director.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and manage a busy caseload.

Certifications & Licensure

Active Physical Therapy License (New York State).
AHA BLS Certification.
