Project coordinator Fire Division
Location: Loughton
Salary: 32000

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Contract Support professional to join our busy Fire Division. This is a reactive role perfect for someone with proven experience in fire safety or facilities management who is ready to take ownership and grow quickly into project management responsibilities.

What youll be doing:

  • Coordinating reactive and planned works for the Fire Division
  • Managing engineer diaries and allocating jobs effectively
  • Liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Preparing and issuing RAMS and job documentation
  • Organising callouts raising purchase orders and managing materials
  • Updating the internal portal and producing client reports
  • Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks

What were looking for:

  • Experience within the Fire Division is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence in handling multiple priorities
  • Clear professional communication with clients and engineers
  • IT proficient (Word Excel internal systems)
  • Ambitious and motivated someone eager to progress quickly and take ownership of projects
