Job Description

Defend client companies in workers compensation cases.
Provide legal counsel and representation throughout all stages of litigation.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents.
Collaborate with support staff medical professionals and experts to build strong cases.
Attend hearings depositions and mediations as necessary.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
Stay up-to-date with legal trends regulations and case law related to workers compensation.
