Sales Associate
Become one of our Sales Associate by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays and partnering up with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart Publix Target and more. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo Ritz belVita Chips Ahoy Triscuit among other delicious industry-leading snacks.
What are the main responsibilities:
- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo Ritz Belvita Chips Ahoy Triscuit among others) are well represented stocked and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz guidelines for merchandising.
- Ensure Sales Representatives negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelz management team.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales seasonal displays and new product launches.
- Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked rotated and presentable at all times.
What can you expect from us:
- The base salary range for this position is $42000 to $44000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Who is a good fit:
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting bending and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking the stores shelves.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Mobile AL
- Ability to drive to secondary locations: Daphne AL
- Full schedule availability required.
