SUMMARY
Were seeking aClinical Content Specialist Nursingto join our dynamic team and help advance our mission of empowering nursing faculty and students through innovative educational resources. As a recognized leader in the Nursing Education space we are committed to driving excellence in teaching and learning by equipping educators with tools that foster student success and readiness for clinical practice.
This role blends academic expertise with practical experience in nursing education emphasizing evidence-based strategies and adult learning principles. The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices integrating our solutions into curricula and preparing students for licensure and professional practice.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching product integration public speaking and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Manager Clinical Content- Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Licensure: Active unencumbered RN license

TRAVEL:Up to 50% for client training coaching meetings and conferences
