We are seeking a skilledMaintenance Technicianto join our Tulsa team. TheMaintenance Technicianwill be responsible for installing troubleshooting repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment in accordance with safety predictive and productive maintenance systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring the achievement of our sites operational goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Essential Functions

Prevent any and all drips leaks and spills that could affect the environment.
Follow allpersonal protective equipmentrequirements.
Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized shop appearance and clean up after all tasks.
Support theSafety Management Systemand the companys quality policy.
Adhere to all documented maintenance procedures and recommend improvements as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory of critical equipment and spare parts.
Maintain excellent attendance and communicate professionally with all personnel vendors and contractors.
Performregular preventive maintenanceand emergency repairs on machines equipment and plant facilities.
Utilize skills inmechanicalelectricalpneumatic andhydraulicsystems for troubleshooting and repair.
Read and interpret equipment manuals diagnose problems and replace or repair parts.
Report faulty operations and defects to supervision.
Perform facility repairs including light plumbing painting and organizing contracted labor for upkeep.
Maintain detailed repair and preventive maintenance records.
Provide on-the-job training to the Maintenance Assistant.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Strong English reading writing and comprehension skills.
Proficient with measuring tools hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and procedures.
Ability to disassemble repair and reassemble equipment.
Skilled in readingblueprintsandschematics.
Cutting and welding skills required; basicelectrical repairskills necessary.
Strongproblem-solvingskills and computer literacy.
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience including PLC automation industrial hydraulics and systems troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Ability to hear and distinguish changes in pitch in pumps and motors.
Requires standing walking bending kneeling crouching crawling and climbing for extended periods.
Work in hot cold and confined environments.
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Willingness to work overtime and mandatory call-ins when necessary.
Requires close distance color and peripheral vision plus depth perception and focus adjustment.
