We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales particularly in securing sponsorship deals for events/media. They will be responsible for identifying prospecting and closing sponsorship opportunities that align with our events and provide value to our sponsors.
Your Profile
- Prospect and research potential sponsors including corporations brands and organizations that align with the target audience and objectives of our events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective sponsor companies.
- Create compelling sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to the needs andobjectives of potential sponsors.
- Present sponsorship opportunities to prospects through meetings presentations andother communication channels.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts ensuring terms are mutuallybeneficial and aligned with the interests of both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment ofsponsorship agreements including delivering on promised benefits and activations.
- Track and report on sales metrics including pipeline status revenue projections andconversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging sponsorshipopportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions toexpand our network and identify new business opportunities.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field.
- 12 years of experience in sponsorship sales in the events or entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate valuepropositions clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
