About the Role:
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant youll play a vital role in helping young children learn grow and feel safe in a stimulating and supportive environment. Working as part of a dedicated team youll support play-based learning and help meet each childs emotional and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines including play learning activities meals and personal care
- Create a warm inclusive and safe environment for all children
- Support childrens individual learning and development needs
- Work closely with nursery practitioners parents and carers
- Help set up and tidy away activities and maintain a clean organised space
- Experience working with children in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2/3 preferred)
- A warm positive and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
- A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
