Role Overview:
As a Senior Interior Designer youll lead projects from the initial client meeting through to completion. Youll collaborate with cabinet designers oversee material selections conduct site visits and ensure each project meets the highest design and client satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to capture their vision and requirements for home renovations.
- Create detailed design plans using 3D rendering and design software.
- Select and organize all materials finishes and fixtures for projects.
- Coordinate with cabinet designers and assistant designers to ensure cohesive design execution.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and measurements.
- Manage project budgets and timelines in alignment with sales team input.
- Provide a luxury 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred) and relevant certifications (e.g. NCIDQ).
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential remodeling design with a strong project portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Willingness to work on commission-based incentives in addition to base salary.
