Superintendent Parking Lot Asphalt Operations Description
Our client in the construction industry is seeking a Superintendent to join their team in the Metro Atlanta region. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with field crews to drive performance safety and quality. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in commercial parking lot asphalt projects and a deep understanding of grading and its interface with concrete curbs and sidewalks. Superintendent Parking Lot Asphalt Operations Responsibilities
Lead and manage all asphalt operations including paving milling and rock work
Plan schedule and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget
Coordinate with sales and project managers to align work plans with customer expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers on-site ensuring strong relationships
Monitor job site safety quality control and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Provide leadership mentorship and direction to field teams
Superintendent Parking Lot Asphalt Operations Qualifications
Commercial parking lot paving experience required
5 years of commercial asphalt paving milling and grading experience required
Experience leading multiple crews with an emphasis on training and team development required
Strong knowledge of grading and its integration with concrete curbs sidewalks and related site work required
