Location: Successful graduate will be required to work from Peterborough office (World Wide House) at least 3 days a week. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

TheCoastal Waters programmeis a vital part of Anglian Waters ambitiousAMP8 Investment Programme delivering complex place-based solutions to help clean up our rivers and beaches. These projects include:
Innovativenetwork storm storage solutions
Nature-based solutionssupporting urban regeneration
Disinfection worksat our Water Recycling Centres
As aGraduate Project Manager youll work closely with the Coastal Waters team supporting experienced Project Managers and gaining hands-on experience in the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. On this 2-Year programme youll be part of anew and emerging team helping to shape new ways of working that will benefit both the programme and the wider business.
Who Were Looking For:
A degree in a relevant discipline such asProject Management Engineering Environmental Science Geography or a related STEM subject 2:2 or above
A genuine interest ininfrastructure environmental improvement and sustainable development
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsto work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness tolearn adapt and contribute
Excellentorganisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working inmultidisciplinary teams
