Job Summary
Are you passionate about automation problem-solving and supporting cutting-edge IT systems Join our dynamic team at Eyas Landing as an IT Associate Automations Administrator where youll design and maintain smart workflows using Zendesk Zapier Power Automate and more. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making systems work smarter for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilites
Develop and maintain automations using Zapier Power Automate Python APIs and webhooks.
Administer and optimize Zendesk CRM workflows plugins (SweetHawk Formset) and user accounts.
Provide technical support for Zendesk Zapier and Power Automate across multiple teams.
Analyze dashboards and logs to identify trends and improve system performance.
Collaborate on IT projects and support tickets including new tech implementations.
Train staff on new technologies and provide both virtual and onsite support.
Participate in meetings trainings and supervision sessions as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
Proven experience administering Zendesk required.
Hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms required.
Familiarity with Office 365 Power Automate SharePoint Exchange.
Strong coding skills in Python and API integration knowledge.
