- Oversee the development of advanced customer segmentation models to personalize campaigns effectively.
- Leverage data analytics to identify key customer needs and opportunities for engagement
Cross-Sell/Upsell & Growth Optimization
- Develop a structured cross-selling and upselling framework based on customer needs
- Create personalized product recommendation models using predictive analytics
- Design and implement bundled policy offerings with clear value propositions
- Establish a member-get-member (MGM) program with appropriate incentives
- Track cross-sell conversion rates and CLTV uplift monthly.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in CRM customer segmentation or data analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies CRM systems and data analysis.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software including SalesForce and data analysis tools.
