Job Summary
5th Grade Teacher-Contract
Location: Chester PA 19013
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an engaging curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania standards
- Design effective lesson plans that promote differentiation and assessment
- Cultivate a safe and organized classroom that encourages independence collaboration and student choice
- Utilize a variety of instructional and classroom management strategies
- Build positive relationships with students parents and staff
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Maintain a professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (or actively pursuing)
- Experience teaching in an urban setting (preferred)
