Job Summary
Basic Position Requirements (Back-End Engineer)
- Big data/scaling experience
- Scala and/or Java experience a plus
- Understanding of worker/message queues
- NoSQL experience
Everyone on the team should have a basic understanding of:
- JQuery
- Javascript
- PHP
- MySQL (Basic syntax)
- AJAX
- General understanding of RESTful APIs
- Familiarity GIT or version control repositories
