Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice-President General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer the Director Legal will be a trusted advisor providing legal advice consultation and formal legal opinions to all levels of the Foundation. With a strong service-delivery mindset the Director Legal will support a wide range of initiativesfrom preparing and reviewing agreements to privacy procurement estates litigation and risk management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure legal compliance manage risk and protect the Foundations interests.

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $132767 $165958; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $190853. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience skills and qualifications relevant to the Director Legal.
