Job Summary
Server - The Dawn Club (Friday & Saturday required)
From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a pretty new bar on Market Street in San Francisco that include cocktails live jazz and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am. Please click the links below to be forwarded to each specific job application.
Server
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver drink orders to seated parties
- Act as subject matter expert to guests and aid them in making selections
- Determine situations that need to be escalated to the management team
- Maintain overall floor cleanliness
- Support the host team in seating as necessary
- Assist in opening and closing
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server is preffered
- Able to service multiple tables at once
- Strong cocktail knowledge and serving experience preferred
- Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of guests effectively
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification and pass RBS training
- 21 years of age or older
