What youll do
- Lead healthcare architecture & interior-design projects from kickoff through close-outowning scope schedule budget and quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients consultants and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and stellar relationships.
- Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams driving cohesive efficient delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify risks present solutions and keep everyone aligned through clear meetings presentations and status updates.
- Mentor junior teammates and contribute to firmwide healthcare-design thought leadership.
What youll bring
- Degree in Architecture Interior Design Engineering or related field.
- 5 years managing healthcare facilities projects plus proficiency with Revit/BIM and PM software.
- Preferred credentials PMP AIA or NCIDQ certification are a plus.
