Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic energetic and highly motivated property professional to join a busy and successful estate agency office in Bath.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to step up or a proven Senior Negotiator seeking a new challenge within a dynamic market-leading independent agency. If you thrive on exceeding targets building relationships and winning instructions this could be the perfect next step in your property career.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and securing new business opportunities
• Winning instructions and listings
• Delivering exceptional client service at all times
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Working closely with colleagues as part of a successful team
• Spotting and capitalising on opportunities in the local property market
• Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Confident professional and proactive attitude
• Superb telephone manner and communication skills
• Knowledge of Bath and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Ambitious well-presented and self-motivated
