European Service at Homean Illinois leader of In-Home Servicesis currently searching for acommitted Care Coordinator at our local Chicago office.
The ideal candidate will perform responsive and compassionate customer service to our Senior Clients and will be equipped to handle case managementanddirect supervisionof Home Care Aides.
WAGE:
- $22- 23ph on start based on experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As aCare Coordinator you will:
- Workin a team environmentto assure the accomplishment of the offices workload and goals
- Build and foster trusted client-centered relationships to keep clients engaged in care services based on the Care Program
- Serveas a resource for technical questions applications and problem-solving
- Evaluate Plan Coordinate and ManageHomecare Aides to ensure the clients and companys best interest
- Maintain a good standing relationship with Community Care Unit
- Ensurethat client and employee records are complete and current
SKILLS:
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Thoughtful people skills
- Organizational and multitasking under tight deadlines
- Basiccomputer and office experience
- Ability to effectively delegate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication in English
- High School diploma
