Customer Service / Corporate Security Officer In Person Hiring Event - WALKINS WELCOME!!

Wage: $28.05-$34.48/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Secure entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the clients premises in various weather conditions.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents emergencies or security investigations.
- Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Standard Position Requirements - $28.05/hr (Seattle WA or Bellevue/Redmond WA)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have 1 year security & customer service/hospitality experience.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
Specialty Position Requirements - $34.48/hr (Everett WA or Redmond/Kirkland WA)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associate degree OR 2 years honorable military service required OR 2 years of law enforcement experience.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have 1 year security & customer service/hospitality experience.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
