What this job involves:

• Will be responsible for handling Logistics and Industrial Leasing Land acquisition and disposition along with manufacturing requirements for East India.
• Will work closely with team to generate new opportunities via active Business Development in Occupier and Landlord segments.
• Will work towards securing LR business and Industrial/Manufacturing mandates.
• Will work towards expansion of business in Tier 2 & 3 markets.

Sounds like you To apply you need to be:

• Graduate with a minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
• Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
• Self-starter Confident Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Power point)
• Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
