Role Overview:
Were looking for a passionate and creative Script/Content Writer to craft engaging scripts blogs and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and the ability to simplify complex ideas for a wide range of audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Refine and enhance educational scripts to make them more engaging immersive and captivating for the audience.
Write clear engaging and original scripts for explainer videos podcasts and other multimedia formats
Research topics and simplify complex information into easy-to-understand impactful narratives
Collaborate with subject matter experts designers and video editors to ensure cohesive storytelling
Develop blog articles marketing copy and promotional content for digital platforms (website social media emailers)
Adapt writing style for different audiences tones and platforms
Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy clarity and consistency
Stay up-to-date with trends in content marketing SEO and digital storytelling
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in English Mass Communication Education Journalism or relevant field.
14 years of experience in script writing content creation (preferably in EdTech).
Excellent command of the English language written and verbal.
Strong storytelling and visualization skills.
Ability to simplify academic concepts without losing depth.
(Bonus) Familiarity with video scripting tools e-learning authoring tools or SEO.
Good to Have:
Basic understanding of script formats for YouTube reels and short-form content
Experience using AI or writing tools like Grammarly ChatGPT Notion etc.
