Experience in design of multi-touch based applications UI design and visualization. Must adapt to new interaction design methodologies quickly. Work on UI/Graphics libraries is a plus.
Proficient programmer Can manage a small team of developers.
Expertise in software architecture design macro and micro level design. Proficient in UML and flow charts. Solid grasp of OOP fundamentals.
Experience in Java C# or C.

Well versed with SVN.
