Major Accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
This position is ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
Provide support to our People & Organization (P&O) Admin team with various administrative and organizational tasks
Assist in drafting and processing documents such as emails and contracts
Support with internal and external communication
Assist with end-to-end organization and coordination of internal projects and events
Contribute to the preparation of templates and presentations
Coordination of travel and expenses approvals
Create and manage purchase orders in SAP approve invoices
Outlook Management
Deputize Admin Pool during absences
Carry out other daily ad-hoc administrative tasks
What youll bring to the role:
Minimum requirements:
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organizational skills and an independent working style
Committed reliable and resilient
Keen interest in administrative and organizational work
A dependable motivated and supportive team player
Excellent communication skills
Good command of German and English both written and spoken additional language are welcome
