Description

Work Schedule:

90% Eve/Night 7:00pm-7:30am Every 3rd weekend Rotating holidays.

You will work at 1401 E State Street Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
Associates Degree in Business Finance. Health Information Management or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required
1 year of experience in a healthcare call center business financial or insurance related field. Preferred
Experience in providing a high level of customer service. Required
Experience operating office machines such as personal computers fax machines photocopier and document scanners. Required
