Job Summary

MACHINE OPERATOR: 3RD SHIFT
STERLING HEIGHTS MI

Lear Sterling Heights is an injection molding a member of the operations team the machine operator will be responsible for maintaining operating and checking of product quality.

The Role:

Your work will include but not be limited to:

Remove product from machine and inspect to operator instructions
Identify short shots flash contamination etc...
Operate assembly fixtures
Pack and labelproduct containers or bins
Rework and trim parts
Record of non-conforming parts
Use grinders and weight scales

Your Qualifications:

Adequate vision to detect non-conforming material
Exhibit strong organizational and housekeeping skills
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 20lbs

Bonus If You Have:

Plastic injection molding experience
