What youll do at Thule
As a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist you will support Thules Global Online team in executing optimizing and analyzing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and close collaboration with content marketing and cross-functional teams you will help ensure brand consistency and deliver impactful campaigns that drive revenue and engagement. You will monitor campaign performance create clear tracking and reporting and contribute actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally you will bring ideas to strengthen Thules online presence and ensure all marketing activities reflect the brand in a consistent and engaging way.
In this role you will report to the Global Online Category Manager and be based at our Malmö Headquarters. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position.
What you bring
To thrive in this role we believe that you have a bachelors degree in Marketing E-commerce or a related field along with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising platforms.
You are confident using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and you work well in a collaborative detail-oriented environment. You are eager to learn adapt to new tools and trends and take initiative in identifying areas for improvement. Fluency in English is required and strong communication skills will help you succeed across teams.
