POSITION SUMMARY:

To scale our current impact Casa Grande Union High School District is advancing a major expansion program taking fundamental responsibility for the communities we serve.

The ISD Coordinator will assist the Executive Director of Academics in providing educational support for students with needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Solid communication skills with students and adults

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Experience with tutoring a variety of subjects

  • Able and willing to work in a team atmosphere

  • Ability to work independently when necessary

  • Ability to use constructive techniques to resolve conflict

  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance card is required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure students that are identified for the program are in attendance.
  • Assist student with their needs to improve academically.
  • Periodically update the Executive Director of Academics regarding program successes and concerns.
  • Coordinate with teachers assignments for students in the program.
  • Work with Administration to create academic successes with students assigned to the program
  • Work with Administration to ensure the facility is secure as well as students including assisting with busing and pick up/drop off areas.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Demonstrates excellent administrative writing and reporting computation technology and communication skills.

  • Ability to plan organize and maintain a filing system so that documents are systematically stored and readily available.
  • Ability to plan organize schedule carry out projects with superb calendaring skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and communicate appropriately.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and staff through professional interaction.
  • Ability to use personal computers and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing. Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate represent professional demeanor and ability to take initiative.

TRAVEL:

Occasional travel may be required for site visits meetings training and/or conferences. Locations may vary and may require overnight stays.
