Job Summary:

Invited is hiring for a Regional Vice President of Human Resources (West Coast) to support and serve as the Human Resource Business Partner for an assigned market of clubs. This role will partner with clubs to understand key business needs and design strategies to support business operations from a talent perspective. This role also acts as the key liaison to communicate key HR initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: Talent Management Performance Management Compliance Education on Company policies Support to management on employee medical and other leaves Conducting internal investigations and Managing Employee Relations matters in a thorough and timely fashion.

The Human Resource Business Partner role is a trusted business leadership and employee advisor who creates value through forecasting talent challenges impacting business strategy shaping and implementing people strategies and organizational change delivering solutions and promoting the right workplace culture that aligns with how the business goes to market.

This role can be based out of Los Angeles or San Diego.
