Job Summary
Location: Parkway Parade & Great World City
Salary: $2300 - $2800 (Gross: Basic Fixed OT)
Allowances: $100 Transport (Prorated) $100 Manpower (Prorated)
Benefits: AWS $3600 Joining Bonus Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the roast section
Follow food standards
Continuously improve skills
Handle ingredient preparation storage and equipment maintenance
Support daily operations
Working Details:
Hours: 9.5 hours (Mon Thu) 10 hours (Fri Sun)
Work Week: Alternating 5-day & 6-day work weeks
Off Days: 1-2 days per week
Additional Benefits:
Annual Leave: 7 days 3 flexible leave days (carry forward options available)
Joining Bonus: $3600 (Paid in installments every 3 months)
Performance Bonus: Based on outlet sales
Staff Claims: $300 per year
