Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our financial operations drive fiscal discipline and support executive decision-making. This role demands a high level of financial acumen leadership and integrity with a proven track record in managing complex financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise senior management on financial planning risk management and investment decisions
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee preparation of accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations tax laws and internal policies
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow working capital and banking relationships
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and manage finance team members
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and ethical conduct
Systems & Process Improvement

Drive automation and digitization of financial processes
Implement robust internal controls and financial systems

Qualifications & Skills

CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of taxation corporate finance government compliances etc.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Exceptional analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
