Site Overview
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.
Role Overview:
- Handle Campus Recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines.
- Be a partner across businesses and TA teams establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs in regards to Apprentice & GET hiring in a timely manner
- Set high recruitment standards always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance
- Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency-based assessments during their interview
- Maintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds experiences and styles
- Ensure delivery against key TA metrics
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE Aerospace Brand Strategy
- Effectively handle the GE candidate experience ensuring that it is positive and respectful
- Build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate is able to engage candidates and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in Management with 1-3 years of wing to wing campus recruiting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Campus hiring preferably from the Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Employer Branding TA process improvement and TA Projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to utilize social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
