About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our nursing home team. You will work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment providing person-centred care to adults with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents lives while advancing your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe high-quality mental health care in line with NMC standards.
- Assess plan and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families/carers.
- Monitor and evaluate residents progress adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
- A Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and commitment to professional development.
