About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a supportive low-secure service caring for adults with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders. You will play a key role in supporting individuals recovery wellbeing and independence working alongside a multidisciplinary team across step-down and main services.

What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver prescribed nursing care within a defined framework supporting a specific group of patients.
- Work with patients and their families/carers to assess plan and implement individualised care plans.
- Act as the patients named nurse ensuring dignity choice and wellbeing are prioritised.
- Accurately observe monitor and evaluate patients needs and progress.
- Review and update nursing care plans regularly.
- Assist qualified staff in routine tasks and therapeutic activities to support recovery.
What Were Looking For
- Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with active NMC registration.
- At least six months experience in mental health or learning disabilities care.
- Resilient flexible and empathetic with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive proactive approach and commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement.
