About the Role
At Arden Estates we dont just sell homes we build careers we create momentum and we change the game in estate agency. Our Shirley branch is looking for a Valuation Manager whose ready to lead from the front win new business and become a key voice in one of our busiest and most exciting offices.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the valuation process and winning instructions with confidence and care
- Driving local market share through reputation results and service
- Mentoring junior staff and being a role model in the branch
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care
- Working hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager and Sales Team to drive performance
