What Youll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for travelers youll make sure every interaction turns into a positive memory. Whether its answering questions solving issues or giving advice on accommodations youll have the chance to make a real impact every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming calls chats and emails from French- and English-speaking customers.
Researching and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to guide customers.
Acting as a brand ambassador for a global leader in the travel sector.
Collaborating with teammates contributing to a positive and motivated environment.

What You Bring

Fluency in French and English.
6 months of customer service experience (hospitality retail or call center welcome).
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
Digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Enthusiasm for travel and for helping others.
