Job Summary

Employment type: Full-time (part-time option after 6 months)
What youll be doing

Be the friendly voice helping airline customers in German & English

Assist with reservations cancellations check-ins and travel guidance

Log conversations in our system (yes every detail counts )

Deliver quick kind and high-quality support while meeting KPIs
What were looking for

Fluent German (C1) & English (B2) written and spoken
-
Already in Czech Republic (or ready to relocate )

Good computer skills and a fast stable wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps)

Optimistic stress-resilient service-oriented personality
-
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights

Available to work on-site during the initial training period
