Remote Software Quality Lead - US Residents Only

As a Software Quality Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers establish testing protocols and drive quality initiatives across various projects. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to delivering top-notch software solutions to our clients a mission we are proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement a dedication that will keep you motivated and engaged in your role.

2- Develop and implement testing strategies methodologies and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

3- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development product management etc.) to define and refine acceptance criteria and test cases.

4- Oversee the execution of various types of testing (functional integration regression performance etc.) and ensure thorough coverage.

5- Analyze test results raise defects and communicate findings to stakeholders with actionable insights for improvement.

6- Monitor industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance and incorporate them into our processes.

7- Participate in project planning and contribute to timelines resource allocation and prioritization of testing efforts.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

2- 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

3- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.

4- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).

5- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g. TestRail Zephyr).

6- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

7- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

8- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
