Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design implementation and optimization of electrical systems supporting natural gas and energy infrastructure.
- Integrate advanced technologies such as automation real-time monitoring and energy storage to drive efficiency.
- Implement safety systems including arc flash mitigation fault detection and compliance with NEC NEMA API and IEEE codes.
- Deliver technical expertise in electrical schematics layouts and power distribution for both new projects and upgrades.
- Manage engineering projects from Pre-FEED FEED through EPC ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs and customer requirements.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4 years of engineering experience in natural gas energy or data centers.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC NEMA API IEEE).
- Ability to review and implement arc flash studies and improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a safety-first mindset.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with PLCs HMI systems and instrumentation design.
- Background in Pre-FEED FEED or EPC phases of engineering projects.
