PROFILE:
Education:
Graduate withcertification in Hardware & Networking from institutes like (Jetking IIHT Rooman etc.)
RelevantExperience:
1-3 years of experience in working with complex trouble shootingandhandling technical issues.
Shouldhave hands on experience in field job like: configuringtroubleshooting the issues related to hardware and networking at the clients location / customers place.
Knowledge& Skills and Other attitudinal requirements:
Self Driven andgoal oriented.
Should be able tohandle customer queries and should aim at Customer Delight.
Good language fluencyexcellent verbal & written communication skills.
Should be technicallysound.
