Our Transactional Banking team operates as a fully integrated global practice acting for banks sponsors corporates asset managers and governments on some of the most complex challenging and innovative transactions worldwide. Our practice is broad encompassing public bids private acquisitions event-driven financings leveraged financings investment-grade loans working capital facilities asset-backed and receivables financings trade financings and general corporate treasury matters.

We act for first-class clients on headline-making cross-border transactions combining market knowledge partner-led service and extensive multi-jurisdictional experience. Join our team

As part of ambitious growth plans our Transactional Banking team have two exciting new opportunities:

• Associate (2-3 PQE)
• Senior Associate (4 PQE)

These roles will be based in either our London or Bristol office and will involve working seamlessly with colleagues across our UK and international offices as part of a one-team approach. The successful candidates will gain experience across the full spectrum of transactional banking work collaborating with partners associates trainees and paralegals on complex and innovative transactions for our national and international client base.

We are looking for talented finance lawyers with a range of transactional and general banking experience ideally gained from working within an international or leading regional firm. We are particularly interested in candidates with acquisition finance leverage finance and data centre finance experience.
