Job Summary

Business Development Representative - Full-time

Location:Pendleton IN

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or account management roles preferably within the restoration or construction industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

Job Description

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents adjusters plumbers multi-family property managers commercial property managers real estate agents and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals

  • Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels including cold calls setting appointments phone calls emails and networking events

  • Educate potential partners about Our Restorations services and benefits emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration mold remediation and air duct cleaning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead-generation efforts

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities

  • Track and report on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics regularly
