As an EMEA Lending Professional in our Private Banking business you will support a team of Lending Advisors in providing customized credit solutions for EMEA Single Coverage and ultra-high net worth clients. You will act as a liaison between Advisors and support functions assisting in risk management credit reviews and document execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and demonstrate your understanding of banking investments and wealth planning concepts while adhering to all risk and control policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors.
- Manage credit reviews and documents for multi-year deals.
- Oversee the lists and requests for Credit Questionnaire and PFS.
- Curate and present data to support senior management discussions.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risk.
- Prepare presentations and management information analysis.
- Manage loan covenants and other credit exceptions.
- Attend meetings and partner with Lending Advisors on pre-and post-meeting actions.
- Document lifecycle archiving and virtual data room management.
- Oversee collateral monitoring and management communicating margins to internal stakeholders.
