Life As An EH&S CO-OP
Our University hires play an important role in enhancing our business. We plan to hire several EH&S Co-ops and we need YOU! The Co-op program provides each student with real-life hands-on experience coaching and mentoring networking opportunities as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. When you join our family you will work on projects that improve your leadership analytical and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the EH&S organization across all our sectors; Innovative Medicine MedTech Supply Chain and Corporate/Enterprise. Co-op term is January December 2026
Assignment is based out of New Brunswick NJ office with option for partial remote/virtual
Career mentorship is available with networking opportunities within the assigned team and beyond
Transportation is the students responsibility

Qualifications
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H1-B F-1)
Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelors Masters and/or MBA
Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required Junior/Senior or Graduate year preferred
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required
Excellent communication presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred
Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals
Participation in an Engineering Society is desired
Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
23$ per hour to 51.50$ per hourAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base pay for this position is between 23$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance sick time holiday pay and the Companys consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
